Why oh why does my nail polish on my manicure chip after wearing it for about 2 days, MAX?!? I can have the exact same polish, base coat, top coat, etc on my pedicure and it would literally last for months (if I didn't change it out of boredom and wouldn't that be bad hygiene?). What's the deal? Some obvious answers might be "because you wash your hands", "because your hands are exposed and your feet are not", "because you use your hands more". To this I say nay! Umm, hello, I wash my feet too!! Eiww. I certainly USE my feet. I'm guessing more than I use my hands. I mean, I walk on them at the very least. If you know me you also know that my feet are literally ALWAYS exposed well in the summer. My poor tootsies are jammed into a five inch platform heel with a toe box that feels like my shoe is about 8 sizes too small. I was recently in NY and walked around in my heels for one evening and think I have a broken foot now : where I live just across the bridge we are normally
driving around. So, if any of my digits are being abused, I say it's my toes! Thus my perplextion.

Do I Love For The Right Reasons!
Do I Love For The Right Reasons!!
Years ago, I overheard the following conversation: A girl was talking to her friend about her relationship and she said: 'I love him, but... Do I love him for the right reasons?' At that moment, I wasn't quite sure what she meant by that. Let this not be a surprise friends, many times I have heard friends or just conversations questioning if they are in their relationship for the right reasons.
A close friend confessed to me that her marriage was going through a rocky time. I got extremely sad as I love to see my friends happy. After listening to her story, I asked her what made her fall in love with her husband in the first place. When she gave me her honest answer, I instantly recalled that conversation from the past and got to understand!
This whole situation also brought to my mind an episode of one of reality shows, 'Giuliana and Bill.' Giuliana revealed that what she liked the most about Bill Rancic from Day 1 was that he could make a 'great husband and a great father.' I guess that, we really have to ask to ourselves why we love the person we love. Are the answers that we give to ourselves in real time, the prophecy of what the relationship may become?
I admire my parents, for they have been married for 40 years. If you can make your relationship work because the love still exist, then go for it friends. Make happy a priority.

I love Nicole Richie looks for her shoot with Ocean Drive Magazine! She did a 360 didn’t she? I remember her reality show The Simple Life on E! with Paris Hilton and now she has blossomed into a mom and fashion designer! Her line is called, House of Harlow. She is definitely channeling the 70′s and I’m loving the heel-less shoes, fiya! Some of Nicole’s designers are black Dolce Gabanna jacket & skirt, black sling-backs & blue Guiseppe Zanotti heels from the Spring 2012 collection,pink Roksand Illncic dress.

Better Sleep With Yoga
A few Night Yoga positions for a better sleep.
Minutes:0:00-2:00
- Sit facing a wall (or your headboard) with your buttabout 6 inches away from it.
- Lie back and extend your legs up the wall.
- If this is too intense a stretch for your hamstrings, slide your butt farther away from the wall.
- If it's not enough, scoot closer.
- Let your arms rest by your sides, palms facing up, and breathe gently, feeling the stretch in the backs of your legs.
Winding Down Twist
Minutes: 2:00-3:00
- Sit cross-legged on the bed and exhale as you place your right hand on your left knee and left hand on the bed behind your tailbone.
- Gently twist your torso to the left.
- Allow your gaze to follow, looking over your leftshoulder. Breathe deeply, then return to center and repeat on opposite side.
Nighttime Goddess Stretch
Minutes: 3:00-5:00
Lie on your back with knees bent.
Place the soles of your feet together, then let your knees fall open, forming a diamond shape with yourlegs.
Rest your arms on the bed.
If you feel any strain, elevate your legs by placing a pillow underneath each knee.
