Exclusive Sneak Peek: Gossip Girl’s Royal Wedding

On Monday, Gossip Girl‘s ‘Queen B’ Blair Waldorf becomes … a princess. It’s the royal wedding the whole Upper East Side is talking about — and we have an exclusive sneak peek!

In the clip above, costume designer Eric Daman talks about creating TV land’s very own royal wedding, and selecting a stunning Vera Wang gown. “[It's] so couture but has that old-world feeling to it that makes sense for who Blair Waldorf is, becoming the Princess of Monaco,” he explains. “I think what the wedding is going to look like is going to set the bar for what the 100th episode is.”

That’s right — Monday’s wedding episode also happens to be the show’s milestone 100th. And in that time, Daman estimates the cast has gone through a seriously staggering number of costume changes. Click to find out how many — and see Waldorf walk down the aisle.

President Obama, visiting the famed Apollo Theater in Harlem the president serenaded the audience with Al Green’s ‘Let’s Stay Together.’

With the song’s originator, the Rev. Al Green, in the audience, the Chief Executive vocalized a few bars of “Let’s Stay Together.”
“I told you I was going to do it,” Obama said after singing. “Sandman did not come out,” he added, referring to the late Howard “Sandman” Sims, the vaudeville tap-dancer who would give the hook to unpopular acts on Showtime at the Apollo‘s amateur nights.

The ads are currently running in Israel, but will make their U.S. debut later this year.

This is Katie’s third campaign with H. Stern. She’s also the face of Ann Taylor’s Spring collection.

I have been working out with Tracy's Method program, and when i say this hardcore work out works, trust me, I never say or announce anything that I am not using or I haven't used. Today I wanted to post the pregnancy announcement of Tracy. We wish lots of love and luck, in the best journey of our lives which is motherhood.

Celeb trainer Tracy Anderson has some exciting news: "I'm pregnant," she tells Us Weekly exclusively. This will be the first child for the 37-year-old fitness guru and hubby Matt Mogol. The duo wed Sept. 27 in Big Sur, and their baby is due in May. Anderson also has a 13-year-old son, Sam, with her first husband, former NBA star Eric Anderson.

Anderson, whose clients include Gwyneth Paltrow, Courteney Cox, Jennifer Lopez, Gisele Bundchen and Julianne Hough, loves her job so much she cries about it! She told Us Weekly, "When I can transform someone, I get happy tears."

One of Anderson's greatest accomplishments? Paltrow's rear-end! "I never thought that I'd be considered to have a good body. I was bony up top and kind of dumpy on the bottom," the 39-year-old actress told SELF magazine. "But my trainer, Tracy Anderson, completely changed my legs, butt, arms and stomach. I feel better than ever, too."

"When Tracy met me, she said that I had a long, square butt that she was going to redesign, and I was, like, 'Yeah? Good luck,'" Paltrow recalled. "The amazing thing is, she was right! And it's still changing!"

Beyonce took to her website to confirm the birth of her baby girl, Blue Ivy. Although there were reports earlier in the day that she delivered via C-Section,Beyonce shot those reports down.

We are happy to announce the arrival of our beautiful daughter, Blue Ivy Carter, born on Saturday, January 7, 2012.
Her birth was emotional and extremely peaceful, we are in heaven.
She was delivered naturally at a healthy 7 lbs and it was the best experience of both of our lives.
We are thankful to everyone for all your prayers, well wishes, love and support.

. Beauty Detox: Glowing Skin Salad

Celebrity nutritionist Kimberly Snyder gives us a recipe for a probiotic and enzyme salad—the perfect meal to re-balance your digestive system and give you clear, glowing skin. Made from raw sauerkraut —which is fermented cabbage—the salad is full of probiotics (good bacteria), B vitamins, and enzymes (which help to maintain a healthy gut). “Probiotics have been associated with helping to keep the growth of unfavorable bacteria, yeast, and fungi in check, which keeps immunity strong, and promotes good digestion,” says Kim. Another positive? “When your intestinal flora and stomach is balanced, it equals clear, beautiful skin.” Sauerkraut is also high in B vitamins, which are important for helping your body to process food into energy. “I recommend eating at least half a cup daily at dinner,” says Kim.

Probiotic & Enzyme Salad
Base Ingredients:

1. 
   
   1 medium green cabbage, shredded in a food processor or finely sliced by hand
2. 
   
   6 of the large outer leaves of cabbage, intact

Liquid Brine Mixture Ingredients:

1. 
   
   4 cups water
2. 
   
   4 inches ginger root, peeled and grated
3. 
   
   1 Tbsp unpasteurized miso paste

DIRECTIONS
Place the shredded green cabbage in a large mixing bowl and put to the side. Blend the liquid brine mixture in your blender until smooth, and pour over the shredded cabbage. Mix well. Tightly pack the mixture into clean glass jars using a wooden spoon. Leave two inches of room at the top of the jars so the salad has room to expand. Fold a few of the outer cabbage leaves into very tight rolls, and place them on top of the mixture to fill that two-inch space. Tightly seal the jars.

Leave the jars in your pantry for five days. Be sure the room temperature is around 65 to 70 degrees. If it is slightly colder, wrap a towel around each jar and keep in the pantry. After the five days, remove the outer cabbage leaves and discard. Move the jars to the refrigerator. Bubbling is a good sign that healthy probiotics are teeming.

Unveil your probiotic & enzyme salad and enjoy at least half a cup at dinner every night—and also at lunch when possible. Once the seal has been broken on each jar, the salad will keep fresh in the refrigerator for up to one month.

Are you having a bad hair day??? well here is a solution friends. You can always glam your look by tying your hair in a low pony tail and adding a fabulous hat to your look. Don't be afraid to change up your style and your look, try it you might like the way something looks on you and all this time you were afraid, because you were too busy thinking the hat or style might not look good on you.

Playing with colors, mix matching your clothes, and working around what you have in your closet can help put together some great pieces of clothing that will help your style! However; always remember we are all beautiful either way.

In the past few months I haven't blog as much due to my busy schedule, but this blog is truly special to me, this is my passion and in some way an escape to write and share my hobbies.
