I have been some what MIA, I apologize for this. I will now start blogging on a more day to day basis. Today I wanted to blog about getting fit. After going through some period of time of not working out I quickly realize that I was 30 pounds heavier. I am the type of person who sets a goal and I try to stick to my goals. Well friends, losing all the weight was one of my immediate goals and in less than 6 months I accomplished my goal of losing 25 pounds. Below I attached a workout video that can help you get the waist into shape. Let's do this together friends. If i did it, you can too!
