My Weekend!
Busy Weekend!
I feel like this is a dear diary. lol
My weekend was pretty good for the most part... that is excluding Friday, as i had mentioned I am part of a book club and Friday was my meeting, so as I am driving down Rt4, I get a flat tire! yes horrible right?? well it only gets better ! I don't have a spare tire. Now I had to wait for someone in my family to come and help/rescue me, my husband was sleeping and did not hear the phone ring.. thank god for my uncle. To make matters worst the gas station to where i manged to pull in and parked the bathroom was out of order... yes unbelievable. As I am talking to the cashier person there was a man with-drawing money from the ATM. He comes up to me as I am walking to my car and ask me if I wanted him to take me to a bathroom at the hotel!!! can you believe as if I am going to say yes. I said no thank you. I mean there was another gas station right after couldn't he say that one instead of a hotel well either way I would of not gotten in his car. With this said by the time I was done it was late to go to my book club.... so ladies I apologize.
Saturday, was great I cooked some good foods for all my friends and their husband's, we had a great time... not to mentioned ate as if there was no tomorrow. Desert time was crazy I mean we had everything there. I of course went in sane eating. Good times!
Sunday, My husband and I attended a cancer charity event. This was for a good cause a friend has cancer and this was done on her name, so i was more then honor to be there.
Didn't take any pictures the batteries in my camera was dead!
In a nut shell this was pretty much my weekend. Not bad with the exception of Friday!
I am currently reading the book Skinny Bitch! it is funny, good and true. check it out.

Summer!
What has happened to us? Look at Hollywood greats like Natalie Wood and Grace Kelly, they always looked elegant. How did we go from that, to low-rise jeans with a thong showing? Even on the beach these ladies looked ultra feminine and sexy. It was never about being over -exposed. Now… there is no need for the imagination at all. We put it all out there for the world to see. I think we should put a little mystery back in our lives, make them wonder. I know women work really hard on their bodies, and they want to show that hard work off. I just think we should change it up a little bit. You can still showcase your figure without wearing the teeny weeny brazilian bikini. What do you think? Are you for bringing back the old hollywood glamour?

Nude Colors
Now… I don’t mean we should all get completely nude this Spring. Not unless our bodies look like models. There was a day when I was a bit of an exhibitionist, flaunting my youthfully firm bod. Ahhh, the good old days. THEN, I hit 34. It’s become a battle I’m starting to lose. So, where do I go from here? I’m going to embrace nude shades in place of nude skin for right now until i lose a few pounds... A good way to give off a ‘flesh’ vibe, is to wear a nude top, or dress. You don’t actually have to be nude to get people to imagine you that way. It’s about invoking a feeling. It’s brilliant, because it’s more alluring than actually being naked. Well…that’s what I’m going to tell myself! Come on, let’s get Nude together. lol I just bought me some nude shoes! love them.
I must say I am loving those shades!

Celebs In Sight
I think Christina Milan is such a pretty girl, not to mention she has a nice shaped body. Honestly the blond hair has to go. She has such beautiful black hair. I don't like it. Here are a few pictures what do you think?
I am not a fan of L. Lohan but I must admit love this shoot, I love the outfit and the freaking shoes are to die for they are the YSL hot item.
Eva Longoria Parker, for the most part she always looks good, as you know by now she is one of my favorites.

Girlfriend Chat
The birds are chirping, the bees are buzzing, and the flowers are blooming. Spring is on its way and it’s time to get a jump start on finding your own spring fling. Not great at casual conversation? Just follow these helpful flirting tips and you could have your very own romantic somebody in no time!
Don’t take it too seriously
Flirting is a great way to get to know people, just don’t go into it expecting to find the love of your life. Have fun and even if you don’t find your perfect match, at least you can say you had a good time.
Look approachable
Sulking isn’t going to get you anywhere. Relax and smile a bit; show people that you are fun to be around. This will open you up to more conversations with more people.
Be body language literate
Actions speak louder than words. Look for signs of interest such as mirroring. Mirroring is when a person begins to “mirror” your actions; leaning in when you lean in and smiling when you smile. Also if the person is allowing you into their personal space, it is a good indication that they are interested.
Make eye contactConstant
eye contact with the person your interested in is key. Quick glances from across the room paired with a smile are obvious signs of attraction.
Initiate a conversation
Let’s leave the political debates at home. Keep the conversation at a small talk level. A simple remark about your current surroundings will suffice. For example, something as casual as commenting about the weather will open you up to conversation. What is asked isn’t important. What is most important is getting that line of communication started.
Get to know the person and allow them to get to know you
Once you are past the small talk, give them a quick glance into who you are. Begin exchanging basic information such as what you do for a living or where you are from. Make sure that the conversation is reciprocal. Share information about yourself but don’t forget that a conversation is a two way street. Allow yourself to get to know them also.
Give the person your undivided attention
Don’t allow outside distractions to deter you from getting acquainted with the object of your affection. Laugh at their jokes, comment on their stories and answer their questions. Being an active listener is way more important than being witty.
Now that you’re body language literate, use it
If the two of you seem to be hitting if off, take your flirting to the next level by breaking the touch barrier. Lightly touch their arm while you talk or hold their hand while leading them to another room or to a table. Subtle touching like this will not only show interest but will also let you know if they are comfortable letting you into their personal space.
To date or not to date… that is the question
Now that you have gotten to know them, it’s time to decide whether or not you’d like to see them again. Flirting is harmless fun and will at times, result in nothing. However, there are those occasions where you will meet someone that you find particularly interesting. In this case, a second meeting is necessary. Be confident and let them know that you are interested in seeing them again. If for some reason they do not feel the same way, don’t look at it as the end of the world. There will be plenty of other opportunities to meet that special someone.

Beauty Tips For Teens
This Post is dedicated to the up and growing teen girls! Mostly dedicated to my beautiful Liz.
Teen Beauty Tips.
Makeup and clothing is an issue for many teenage girls. If you are stressing about what you should look like as a newcomer in middle school, or a freshie in high school, here's a quick guide to help your fashion mature with you throughout middle and high school.
In Sixth grade, wear lip gloss, some mascara, and maybe a little bit of pale eyeshadow; don't go too heavy or it may look bad. If you want to try out more types of makeup, keep that for home experiments. As for clothes, keep it in your comfort level. Bear this in mind: if you are wearing a bra or undershirt, don't let the straps hang out. It doesn't look cool; it just looks sloppy. If you are wearing a short shirt, check in the mirror to see if your stomach hangs out of the bottom. Otherwise, wear something a little bit longer. Also, if your pants are likely to slip, wear a belt. Belts are totally hip now! * The main point is to keep the makeup light, and the clothes clean cut.
In Seventh grade you are beginning to care a little more what you look like; you might want to try curling your hair a few days a week, and using different hairstyles besides your typical ponytail. If you are acne prone, try foundation. Remember thet even oily skin can get flaky and that looks horrible with foundation. So try it on weekends first and ask your mother (or someone that uses foundation well) if it looks okay. In Seventh grade you might want to try eyeliner. But not too much because you don't want to look like a racoon! Start trying to tie outfits together with accessories. It's good to try new things with your makeup and clothes. But when you try the new things, make sure it looks good on you, not just in the picture or at the store. Check out different stores, and find out if there is a style that suits you.
In eighth grade you are probably getting good at makeup and you know what you like. Try establishing your own hairstyle without looking like everyone else. For example, if everyone has long, layered hair with no bangs, try light wispy bangs and a shorter, layered look. You might be wearing tighter jeans now and probably starting to get concerned with impressing the guys, so it's safe to try out more mature styles such as a sleek leather blazer, or lower cut necklines. If you are happy with your sports bra, that is totally OK. But it's safe now to check out the actual bra department and wear something that makes you feel pretty - like lace.
Ninth grade: high school! This is a big transition. Now in the same world as seniors, you are going to want to look like the rest of your peers. You should by now have your makeup and hair styles already. Try to update this look a bit, because no one wants to carry the same look they had in middle school. Dramatize a detail in your hair. If its known for it's left side part, part it even deeper. Make a straight style even sleeker and hip. Learn to make youre curls tighter, or looser. In high school you might want to wear your usual make up during the day, and as you start to go out with friends and boys at night, add a darker shade of eyeliner, or jazz up your lips with something more festive. It's also good to try new shoes, try wearing spikier ankle boots with a pair of hot jeans and a blouse. Chunkier heels aren't as hip as spikes as you get older. Incorporate accessories into your outfit. Buy yourself a bag that's in suede or leather to keep your schoolbooks in, instead of a backpack. ( I hated back packs I dont think I even used one in my house school days.) You will want to buy yourself a new jacket, and make it your own. You know what you like, so go and find clothes that fit your style, but crank it up a notch for a more mature feel. Remember always be your self *
no matter how old you are the most important thing is to have fun.

Super Excited!
I woke up this morning feeling happy and positive about today, not knowing exactly what the day would bring. I knew there was a reason for feeling this happy in my heart!
I am super excited and honored. One of my best friend has chosen me to be her maid of honor, I can't express enough how happy and honored I am. I love her dearly and even if we don't live near to each other, in our hearts we are next door to one another. Thanks girl love you much!
Cheers to much more happiness and a sisterhood friendship for life!

Manage Your Time!
Time is precious. It is the one ingredient in life where everyone is truly equal. We all have 24 hours a day or 8,760 hours every year. How we use these hours will determine whether time is our friend or foe. Everyone wastes time. Some of us waste more than others. We waste time when we spend it doing something less important than something else we could be doing.
Regardless of how hard you try, some of your time will be wasted. Don't waste more time by feeling guilty. Accept it and move on. Promise yourself you will do better the next time. Save just 30 minutes every day using good time management and you will have saved 182 hours a year or almost 23 8-hour days. That is enough time to develop a new skill, learn a new sport, write a book or improve the quality of your life in many different ways.
Here Are A Few Time Maneging Tips:
1. Make a list of everything you have to do today. Put them in their order of importance with the most important coming first. Each day, start with number one and work your way through your list. If you are like me, you will not finish your list on most days. That is o.k. because one person can only do so much. The important factor here is that when you start with number one and then go to two and three, etc., you are always working on the most important items on your list. Things that are leftover can be put on tomorrow's list if it still needs doing.
2. Keep a special list of things you have to do which will only take 10 minutes or less. When you have a few minutes to spare, pick something from this list and complete it. One big time waster is standing in line waiting for something or someone. Keep something small with you so when you are in line, you aren't wasting your time doing nothing. Take a bill out of your pocket and write the check for it. Jot down notes you need for someone you have to talk to. Write a letter. We all have those little things we want to do but don't find the time to do. Do them while others are wasting theirs.
3. Never put more time and energy into making a decision than the decision is worth. Make the decision even if all the facts are not known. You will never know everything there is to know about something that is going to happen in the future. There will always be some risk.
Don't waste more time procrastinating. (Reducing risk and procrastination will be covered in future articles.)
Don't waste more time procrastinating. (Reducing risk and procrastination will be covered in future articles.)
4. Stop participating in activities that you are no longer interested in or where your presence is not needed. Time can be saved if you choose wisely how to spend it. If you are no longer interested in participating in some group you belong to, become assertive and drop out or, at least, cut back on your participation.
5. Save important decisions for when you are at the peak of your energy cycle. Everyone has some time during the day when they seem to think more clearly. For example, I'm a night person and I seem to think more clearly at 10 PM than at 10 AM. I save my important thinking and decision making for then whenever it's possible.
6. When a crisis occurs and you can't put off making a decision until you are at your peak, there are two things you will need to do to maximize your efficiency. First, if you've been sitting for any length of time, get up and walk around for at least 30 seconds. This slight bit of exercise will help circulate a fresh supply of blood and oxygen to your brain so you will think more clearly. Actually, anyone who has been sitting for 1 to 1 1/2 hours should also do this to stay fresh. The second thing you should do is to relax by taking a few deep breaths and relaxing as you exhale. If you get caught up emotionally in a crisis, you will probably not be thinking as clearly as you can. Relax and make better decisions.
If we can all apply this in our every day life we won't walk around confused and stressed!

Running On Caffine!
Hello, darlings!
I shall be quite busy for this week; between loads of things to do and juggling work, I will, obviously, be a bit busy to put it lightly. No worries; I shall be posting rather sporadically for the week!
I am 80% done with my home. I already received my furniture and painted for the most part. This is where all my time has gone too, plus when night strucks on Fri or Sat we seemed to be booked for something. Running like a maniac, hoping to get everything done by the end of March, but truly excited and happy!
Thank god for coffee!
I will try to do some posting if time allows me this weekend, for now ENJOY YOUR SPRING!

Camera ( Memories)
I am looking into upgrading my camera, since you all know, and my husband is pretty much aware and annoyed of all the pictures I love taking ... not only of myself but of everyone around me! with this said, If there is any specific camera that you might recommend please let me know! I am a true picture lover, I love taking snap shots and capturing memories that last a life time of all the special people and moments.
